“Dr. Woggon was the founder and director of the Clear Institute in St. Cloud, Minnesota, whose mission was to: ‘Implement an effective chiropractic system of scoliosis care to help people worldwide through research and spinal rehabilitation.’ He was an avid researcher and a member of the Continuing Education Extension Faculty at both Parker and Life Colleges of Chiropractic. Dr. Woggon presented certification training for a comprehensive approach to scoliosis correction, which included instrument-assisted adjusting.”
